Dr. Forrest can help. Using a holistic, faith-centered approach to counseling, and drawing from her successful previous career in business, she will work with you to show you how to overcome life challenges related to issues like anger management, anxiety, PTSD, grief, domestic abuse, divorce and ADHD. She will show you how to approach your problems with self-control, in a relaxed and unemotional manner. In her 60-minute sessions, she will help you rebuild a structure and foundation for your life that will act as a springboard for positive and permanent life change.
