About Dr. Sharon Forrest, Ed.D, LMFT

Dr. Sharon Forrest, Ed.D, LMFT, has been helping individuals and families deal with depression, loneliness and other mental health issues since 2010. Her unique approach to therapy will help you address your emotional, spiritual and professional needs in a way that enables you to fully pursue your most important life goals.

How does she do this? By helping her clients identify the tools they need to create a new vision of their lives and goals. Building a new vision of the future is a key part of laying the groundwork for positive change, which she knows firsthand from her own experiences overcoming tragedy in her own life.

“We all experience traumatic shifts in life,” she says. “These help turn us into the people we are – but even more than that, how we respond to these shifts defines us as well.”

To accomplish this, Dr. Forrest draws upon the wide-ranging experiences and lessons that come from a diverse background in psychology, business and faith to approach her clients' needs in a holistic manner. Whether your problems stem from personal relationships or professional difficulties, Dr. Forrest can help you learn how to address them and move forward in life.
